Refunds and Returns

Refund and exchange terms are based on purchases which take place at either Carol's Carpet physical locations, and is valid for returns and exchanges of cash and carry material only. Refunds and exchanges do not apply to installed purchases.

Refunds: Carol's Carpet refunds by check only. Refund checks are processed on Tuesday and Thursday only. If refunding overpayment for material paid with a check, we must allow 10 business days for your check to clear our bank before issuing refund. Refunds are only available on over payments and returns of unopened cartons of regularly stocked items within 90 days of purchase.

Special orders are subject to return policies of each Vendor from which they are purchased with a 25% restocking fee and freight charge for return if applicable. Some vendors have no return policy for special order items.

Exchanges: Carol's Carpet will exchange any unopened carton of regularly stocked item within 90 days of purchase. Carol's Carpet exchange policy on special ordered materials will be based on that of each Vendor from which the product was purchased. Exchanges will be subject to a 25% restocking fee along and freight charge for return if applicable.
